- 2011 County Clean-up Day
(Note: event held same day as Saline Twp. Clean Up, different
restrictions apply). Flyer
Washtenaw County Solid Waste Program will be holding a regional
environmental clean-up day for County Residents ONLY. Businesses
and out of county residents are restricted from attending.
Date: Saturday May 14, 2001
Time: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Location: 8025 Werkner Rd. Chelsea, MI at the WWRA MRF

Suggested donation: $10 per vehicle.
Traditional recyclable materials accepted: glass, cardboard, plastic,
paper, scrap metal, motor oil, oil-based paint. Washtenaw County
Residents may bring up to 4 tires for free, but will be asked
to pay $5 for each additional tire. Additionally, County Residents
may bring 1 of the following items for free: Television, washer,
dryer, freon containing appliance or computer. Residents will
be asked to donate $10 for each additional item. (Proof of residency
required).
