One possibility is to quarter the whole Township and ask 1 to 2 volunteers from each quarter to help propose and discuss a 5 year plan for Saline Township roads. The committee would only make recommendations to the Board; they would not have any authorization or policy making authority. The committee can request a maintenance log record every quarter to help analyze current road issues and what prior maintenance has been completed on Saline Township Roads. The Board needs to establish this committee as soon as possible. One resident, Mr. Tim Dwyer, has volunteered his time to sit on the committee.
