Attorney Lucas has been in contact with the City and has discussed the consent agreement along with the 425 possibilities. Attorneys Lucas, Barr and Greene will be meeting on Friday to have further discussion regarding the law suit.

    4. Clerk Baldus handed out a draft copy of an Employee Manual. Members will read and discuss any issues next month. Attorney Lucas will receive a copy for review. Manual should be established in January 2008.

  8. Jacqueline Oakley of Ypsilanti would like the Board to grant her permission to photograph and post Oakhill Cemetery tombstones to the internet. Mrs. Gordon would like Jacqueline to be present at the October meeting to ask questions and be present with credentials.
