Special Meeting
September 24, 2007

The Special Meeting of the Saline Township Board was called to order by Supervisor James Marion on September 24, 2007 at 3:05 p.m. at the Washtenaw County Court House, Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Members present: Supervisor Marion, Clerk Baldus, Treasurer Gordon, Trustee R. Marion; absent was Trustee Bohnett. Others present: Attorney Lucas, City of Saline Attorney Barr, and Saline City Manager Larry Stoever.
Mrs. Baldus led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Motion by Mr. R. Marion, supported by Mrs. Gordon, to go proceed into Closed Session to further discuss pending Biltmore litigation with counsel. Roll call was taken. Ayes: 4. Nays: 0. Absent: 1. Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. R. Marion, supported by Mrs. Gordon, to come back to the special meeting at 4:46 p.m. Roll call was taken. Ayes: 4. Nays: 0. Absent: 1. Motion carried.
Attorney Lucas reported on the current changes in the Consent Judgment with Biltmore. Judge Sheldon wants a decision by 5:00 p.m. the evening or meet back here at the Court House tomorrow September 25th 2007 at 9:00 a.m.
Public was offered a chance to briefly comment their concerns regarding the new Consent Agreement.
Motion by Mr. R. Marion, supported by Mrs. Baldus, to recess the Special Meeting until tomorrow morning, September 25, 2007 at 7:00 a.m. at the Saline Town Hall. Roll call was taken. Ayes: 4. Nays: 0. Absent: 1. Motion carried.
