Saline Township Planning Commission
Regular Meeting, January 2, 2008

Members Present:
Richard Zahn, Neil Bohnett, Trudy Feldkamp, Gary Luckhardt, Robert Prehn, Chuck Rankin

Meeting was called to order at 7:32 pm.

Roll was taken; all members present; quorum established.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by Rankin.

Approval of Minutes December 12, 2007: motion by Bohnett, supported by Rankin; vote unanimous to approve.

Approval of Agenda, January 2, 2008: motion by Prehn to approve agenda, supported by Luckhardt; vote unanimous to approve.

New Business:

1. Items from the Board
   None
   
   
2. Planning Commission By-Laws. Prehn is not ready to approve. He has questions that he would like to present to Pennington. Suggests that Pennington/Nanney be invited to the next Planning Commission meeting to answer any questions. Discussion.
   
   Prehn, move that Planning Commission By-Laws discussion be tabled until the February 6, 2008 meeting; Rankin support; vote unanimous in favor of the motion.
   
   
3. Other.
   1. February meeting is scheduled for Ash Wednesday. Discussion. Consensus to leave as scheduled.
   2. Dan Cabage reported that Niethammer needs to reapply to use the Finkbeiner drive. Zahn has contacted with Mr. Niethammer.
      
      

Old Business:

1. Zoning Ordinance. Board will act on during their January, 2008 meeting. bring new version back in January.
   
   
2. Any Other. Development Rights Application. Township Board will act on this issue.
